cute kids are cute when they arent related to you - bc more often than not cute kids KNOW that they are cute (result of too many doting looks and "aw, look at her" remarks) and use it to their full potential. and i'm def beginning to see that kids need several well-placed smacks on their fannies to get them going in the right direction - this coming from a person who was anti-spanking. but otherwise they seem to think that they can get away with bloody murder. maybe you just have to lay groundwork rules early on. not getting into this whole parenting thing for a LONG while.
