I went out for drinks with a coworker and the lady who is the corporate community affairs manager for Starbucks. Everybody who starts with the company has to learn all the barista stuff first, so she was working in my store. She is a very cool lady and she is totally gonna help me get into the southeast corporate region headquarters which is in ATL!! She suggested that the three of us have girls night out at least once a month. I am glad i went with my coworker, I found out that she is in the same position as I am and she is good at writing resumes. We are gonna help each other out.
I got free passes to go see the preview for "the fountain" (aronofsky's new flick) for thursday, they are gonna have a Q & A session with Aronofsky after the movie, I can't wait. I am taking my friend Tyler, he is indian and he is gay. He's very bouncy, he's gonna pee his pants when i tell him. We got drunk a few weeks ago and he suggested that we get married, I wouldn't have to work or do anything (he's an engineer and makes mad money). We'd just live in the same big house and see whoever we want and it would make our parents happy. I was contemplating it, but nah.
I have spotted a very handsome indian boy that has been frequenting my *bux. He smiles at me a lot and I end up with a stupid grin on my face. The other day I dropped the coffee urn in the sink right in front of him, I act like a bumbling idiot when he is around. I have only talked to him a couple of times. He came up to the bar to tell me that he was leaving the other day. that was sweet. I can't wait until he comes in again!
