It's all about giving (it to me).
Give it to me - Eve feat. Sean Paul
Give it to me - Nelly Furtado, Timbaland & Justin Timberlake
By the way, I have decided to do sort of a Baju Kurung Ramadhan Log, just because.
Sab, (masuk bilik!) please make sure the appropriate pictures are to be taken and uploaded accordingly.. heh. (sempat ke nak buat...)
Anyway, to continue the recording process
Week 1
1 Ramadhan (Thursday) - Green, shiny baju kurung I got for my wedding
2 Ramadhan (Friday) - a black baju kurung with green leaves motif, used to be one of my mom's
Week 2
5 Ramadhan (Monday) - a grey number, high necked (cheongsam neck) , Thai silk - for MHI interview day
6 Ramadhan (Tuesday) - a pink baju kurung kedah, sari material
7 Ramadhan (Wednesday) - yellow oversized baju kurung, worn for one of the Raya in Kuching
8 Ramadhan (Thursday) - a purple-pink baju kurung I bought in Seremban over two years ago especially for an event in Selangor - I think it was something to do with Kelab TM and I was looking for two identical sets of baju kurung, one for me and one for my colleague - we were the usherettes (the extra mile I went that time! huh)
9 Ramadhan (Friday) - my green kebaya, official usherette attire last year
Week 3
12 Ramadhan (Monday) - TM-blue baju kebaya labuh, dated back to 5 years ago when I first joined TM
13 Ramadhan (Tuesday) - a blue-grey kebaya tailored in Kajang when I was posted at Cyberjaya
14 Ramadhan (Wednesday) - a Japanese cotton baju kurung with small flowers motif, dark blue - had it since school years. FYI, Japanese cotton cloth is a fairly expensive type and you never have to do any ironing for it. Very convenient especially during emergencies and days when I woke up late.
15 Ramadhan (Thursday) - a blue modern baju kurung with pink flowers
16 Ramadhan (Friday) - Kebaya labuh with white background and embroideried small red flowers and a red sarong/skirt. Actually my mom and I bought the cloth in purpose - to make baju kurungs appropriate enough to wear when attending funerals. Most baju kurungs are bright-colored, and a white one specifically for this would serve the purpose. It was a challenge for my mom and I to look for a white cloth that's not too ghastly but this one's sweet enough not to be reserved only for funerals :)
.. to be continued
p/s: thinking of making next week Thai-silk theme :P
Yes, I realized that I do have that many Thai silk baju kurungs!!!
