In which a shitty week got shittier, then better...
So yeah, my computer has fallen, and has yet to be rezzed.
As for the "shittier" portion of my subject...
The day after my computer decided to crap out, I got a call from my sister. My mom's heart apparently had failed, and through some amount of luck or blind determination, she was able to call 911 before passing out, to wake up in the hospital.
She's doing fine now, but those few days were hectic for me.
Also, been looking into the college thing more. I went to an Anime Club meeting at Loyola, which was badass. I got an e-mail from DePaul about an open house coming up soon, and I also plan on visiting Harold Washington this weekend to look at maybe going there to finish my Associates.
In work relatedness, I ended up with a decent amount of overtime at work, so paycheck moneys will be awesome.
My Japanese studying is coming along, and I got the My Japanese Coach game for my DS, which is really fun and helpful.
But yeah, things are okay now.
