Yesterday I had a four hour workshop with Rodney Yee. For those who don't know he is like the Brad Pitt of yoga. It was awesome. He is awesome. We did three hours of yoga Iyengar style, he described every alignment and adjusted almost every person. It was held in some OSU gym, it was pretty big and they still managed to heat that thing up like an astanga class. I met a really cool chic who did hatha and was in love with Rodney Yee (and shes a lesbian!). Every time he walked by us she would blush and when we were in childs pose he put his hands on her back and she looked at me and was like, "WOW..." It was funny. After a long shivasana (I fell asleep) we all gathered up to the table like stage and listened to him talk about a bunch of stuff, mostly how we as americans are only 5% of the population and we use 33% of the worlds natural resources. He said that if China became like us the world would be depleted in 5 years. Then he answered questions before we all left. Its almost like a dream because I only got 4 hours of sleep the day before.
