I just made the mistake of opening my Qwest bill. I have some $60 charge on it so I immediately call customer service. Mistake. The guy tells me that charge is the shipping and the cost of the modem.
So I said, you mean the modem I already paid for? In November? He says I didn't pay it. I said I did and I paid for Novembers service and for some reason I had a huge credit and didn't owe anything in December. I called then to double check that I didn't owe anything and the girl I talked to said its a credit and I don't need to pay anything. I asked if she was sure, she said yes, I hung up.
Apparently I just paid for Novembers service. So I asked what the December credit was about. He said I paid to much for Novembers service. I said yea, that extra money was for THE MODEM.
Basically to bad for me. Now I've got an outrageous bill and very little money. Fuck Qwest. Fuck them in their stupid asses.
