Dirt tries to love everything but it's only dirt.
So today I went and did the whole grandparents thing.
I almost have a sewing machine out of it.
Instead of a desk, my grandfather had this desk where the sewing machine flips under when it's not being used. It came with the sewing machine (vintage, baby. They don't make 'em like that anymore.) and a whole bunch of like threads and stuff. We discovered a secret compartment when looking at it! I'm not going to say where, but it's really hard to see it in the seat...
We were supposed to go back later today to pick it up, but my dad has decided to be a moron.
Alana left me msn messages while I was out, telling me she's safe and loves me. I miss her.
Carmen called me today, asked if I could come over. But since I had the family thing, I couldn't. My mom suggested having her over for a couple days this week. As soon as my room is in working order, I might just do that.
Seems she's the only one not on 'vacation', as today Jess left.
I'd like to do something with my hair.
Oh, and my half-way-through-summer resolution: don't let things bother me.
'Cause seriously, I'm going out of my mind with some things. And they say girls are confusing!
And all my girls are gone, too. No one to consult but the walls.
..I swear, we should just shoot the lot of them..
I was sorting beads at 2a.m. this morning because I couldn't sleep.
I really should change the songs on my mp3 player.
