Finished my Careers folder. The front is all awesome and such, and the back isn't quite as much. We pretty much had free reign over the front - but none of it could be hand drawn, just the way I like it. The back was supposed to be where we see ourselves in fifteen years, whatever. But it's done.
My bag is coming along quite nicely, I really like it. The sides are attached, and the lining of the bottom, and the handles, and the pockets. Still have to finish the bottom, take care of the loose stitches, and add some snaps so no one can peek straight into it, because that bothers me. I'll post pictures when it's done. PS - Patterns are a little more confusing than I thought.
I thought I had to finish Em's shirt for Friday, but I don't, actually. Her dubbed 'birthday' show is the next one, not the one on Friday. So I don't have to rush it.
Tomorrow's the mass. Blah. At least I won't have religion class - extended period one. Then it's lunch, where I'm serving cake. Yeah, my school's cool, they give the whole school cake. Eat it, bitch.
Today after school, my mom and I went to my uncle's house to steal his flowers. He's moving, and has these beautiful flowers that came with the house. There was a rose bush, daffodils (sp?), these pretty purple flowers, this green spiky plant, and some tulips. I have scratches on my arms from thorns.
Anyways! Rai's excited for the show on Friday. Cross your fingers that Jim can make it. I want a hug.
