Girls on film and podcast
The other day, Stanja were out on a walk and we craved ice-cream. The only place in Huddinge that was open on Midsummer's day was a video rental store, and they sold tapes for 10 kr apiece. So we bought what really is tape 2 out of 3 Jem and the Holograms videos released in Sweden, and what in it's 1998 version was dubbed SPICE Jem: Filmkontraktet. Yesterday we watched it. I was overcome by an urge to draw fanart, and the result can be observed here.
Today HJ and Jonne came over to watch Ilsa, The She Wolf of the SS. We watched Ilsa, Harem Keeper of the Oil Sheiks as well. Looks like there'll be more movie-watching and Silent Hill 2 this weekend! Major yay!
Discovered that I still can't hear myself speaking Swedish without getting psychosomatic. Fun fun. It feels so good that psychotherapy is a part of my future education.
