TERMS AND CONDITIONS
1. Prices are slightly negotiable unless otherwise stated, but please be reasonable. $10 off is not slightly.
2. Payments to be transferred to my within a day after confirmation, otherwise you will be blacklisted
3. No backout after confirmation, otherwise you will be blacklisted.
4. Goods exchanged or sold are not refundable.
5. Please have the courtesy to reply emails even if you want to pass, otherwise you will be blacklisted.
6. I will not be responsible for any lost mails/parcels via normal postage. SO PLS OPT FOR REGISTERED. in the case if you insist you wanna normal postage and it's missing, i will try my very best to help you by calling singpost etc within 1 month from the date i mailed out. after which, i will strictly ignore all emails. of cause if the parcel ever bounce back even after 1 year, i will inform you and mail it out again. but if it doesnt then sry, there is nth else i can do to help you. i will not entertain threaten mails for refunds or what cause it's not my fault that the parcel went missing. SO PLS OPT FOR REGISTERED! just 2.25 more!
7. Payment via ATM transfer or ibanking only, strictly no paypal or credit card.
8. NO TRADES if you have no lb or hh items.
9. All items are brand new or in good condition, i.e. no defect.
10. Items purchased but not collected will be disposed after 1 month (my house is not ur store room).
