here's a run down.
school: still fast based; busy and overwhelming; but tolerant... teachers are becoming more understanding; my mentor and i finally made contact (meeting her tomorrow!)..i still have pages to read; lesson plans to write; and groups to chatter with..
work: i called out now technically two days.. this last sunday b/c of being ill.. and i technically called out today, but do to the unreliability of those to remain nameless (cough cough stacy) i ended up going in for a few hours to handle phones.. my managers to say the least were very impressed that even though being sick, i still came out and did all i needed to do.. in a three hour time span THANK YOU VERY MUCH!
...also now that we are apparently turning into a club on friday nights i'm runnin the front.. i.e. i take your money :) that's an extreme responsibility.. i really love my job. seriously :)
lovelife: nothing to really report except i built up the nerve and asked the cute boy at work if he had a girlfriend (negative) and i then proceeded to hand him a valentine w/ my number in it. i'm sly what can i say :)
nothing will come from it, but it still gives me hope. yay me.
friendships: seem to become more and more distant as time goes on.. the people i could trust and i looked to for guidance have seemed to dissapear.. i am making new friends, but they definitely aren't like the old.
i love my girls more then ever.. and the guys seem to find other girls to hang out w/ .. that's fine i'm happy for them
update: my brother is getting married in july now.. my sister dani is getting married leap year of 08'.. like my nana and grandpa did when they got married.. and i hopefully get to go to mn. this summer at some point to see my darling nieces and nephews. we'll see w/ two possibly three jobs and summer classes.. what i can actually do :)
countdown is 4months people. and one day. yay!
