The start of summer

People need to know about plane etiquette. On the trip to France, with a little bit of luck, I was crammed into the middle seat. My brother was to my right and a huge bulky man sat next to me on the left. The way I see it, the person in the aisle gets the room space and the window person gets the view, therefore, the person in the middle should get both armrests. It's only fair. Well I didn't get both arm resters. I was slightly upset, but I soon got distracted by the new tv screens they have installed on the new airplanes. I watched 4 movies on the 14 hour plane ride there and 3 on the 13 hour plane ride back.

Monaco was beautiful as usual with extravagent buildings and great weather. It's amazing to see the cars down there with the average car being a Ferrari or new Mercedes. Shakera was at our hotel and my brother and I saw her at the pool. It's a joke if anyone thinks she looks as glorious or sexy as her posters or music videos. She was average looking, not even a looker of a crowd.

I enjoyed the stay in Paris, but not so much the drive there. My family and I did all the touristy things, saw the Eiffel Tower, Mona Lisa in the museum, and shopped every store to be shopped. Rumor has it that the French are rude and hate Americans, but I have to disagree. I liked the French people. I felt it was a good relationship, they provided good service, and they liked our money just fine.

It's nice to be home and although the jet leg definitely was a negative the fireworks and good company made for a great weekend. Went to Emerald Downs with some friends and the fireworks show was spectacular. For the 4th, the weather allowed us to play in the water, jet ski, and wakeboard. It was a blast to hangout at the lake again. Lit some fireworks at my house and surpisingly did not burn anything down. For the last 3 weeks i've been chasing the clock for time, but its been great. Not a boring summer this year thats for sure. Back to work, so things might change, but hope everyone had a great fourth of July!!
