wiiiiiiiii
after being first in line for the wii yesterday, i ended up being the last one to get it today. the store didn't get their stupid shipment yesterday, so people were camping out, in the freezing weather, today to get a wii. luckily, kevin forced me to go so now i have one!! good thing it wasn't tonight because it's raining now. yay! i own a wii!! i had to go buy a new tv though b/c my old one doesn't switch to video in or what not. so i upgraded my tv, temperarily to a 20in flat screen.. until i return it to costco. but it's ok, because apparently i can return it a year from today as long as i still have the tv remote.
there were nice people in line and i wish everyone got a wii. =T they had said 9 were being shipped, but today came and there was only 6. there was this old grandpa that was out waiting for 3 days to get his grandkids the wii for christmas. =( i almost wanted to hand him my ticket... almost.
i slept in the car while kevin waited outside in the cold. best boyfriend. =)
the wii is fun. golf, even as a video game, is still very boring.
so tired. got one or two hours of sleep before being waken up. we had found plug and plugged in a portable heater so we wouldn't be so cold, but a couple hours into the night the fuse blew out and we had no light and no heater. =(
