[And Vince is standing over her shoulder, eating pixy stix.] Y'sendin' a letter?

[swordthrowing]

[ She shakes her head and shoves the papers in his direction without ever actually looking away from them. ] Do you know what this is supposed to be?

[numanstan]

[He examines them and shakes his head.] Nope, never seen anythin' like it in my life... We supposed to do somethin' with 'em?

[swordthrowing]

[ squinting at the forms again ] I believe we're to fill them out and mail them back? [ NOT THAT SHE KNOWS WHAT THE POINT OF THAT IS OR ANYTHING. ]

[numanstan]

Huh, doesn't sound that hard! We'll do 'em together, yeah?

[swordthrowing]

[ a nod ] That would probably be for the best. I don't think I could answer all of these questions on my own...

[numanstan]

Alright, cool! [He takes a crayon out of his pocket-- always prepared!] What's the first question?

[swordthrowing]

"Name. If this is a joint return of husband and wife, use first names of both." [ Having read the question, she hands the sheet over, seeing as he has a writing implement and all. Apparently, she sees no problem with a crayon being used to fill this out. ]

[numanstan]

[He sits down on the sidewalk, thinking hard.] Alright... Since this place thinks we're married, it probably wants my last name...

[ She crouches down beside him, peering at the paper again as he asks the question. She would correct his spelling if she could actually read his handwriting, but alas. ] ...I have no idea. Perhaps we should skip it for now?

[numanstan]

Yeah, let's do that. Next one's occupation... I'm a barber-- have y'got a job?

[swordthrowing]

No, I don't. So I suppose that'd just be "none?"

[ looking ahead to the next section ] "Regular $600 exemption"...? "Blind at end of taxable year"? What does that-- Shouldn't this come with better instructions?

[numanstan]

Y'think they'd put in a manual or somethin'. [He just Christmas trees it-- it's just like taking his GCSEs, yay!] ... Children's names? They've got names?

[swordthrowing]

[ And it's not like she knows how to fill this thing out any better, so she's just going to let him do that. ] I'm sure they they must, even if they are just drones. Just put down something, I suppose. [ It's not like anyone will be able to read it anyway. ]

["gary numan n mick Jagger Noir." Sure, one of the drones is a girl, but whatevs. He starts flipping a few pages ahead and...] We'll never finish this! I've got no idea what half of these words mean!

[ She takes the papers back from him and flips through herself, not really doing much better on the 'knowing what words mean' front. ] Maybe... maybe the children would understand this better?
