So, being that she never found out that weird little incident a few weeks back occurred on Mother's Day, she pays it no mind and goes about her business the way she normally would

[He giggles behind his hand.] Y'know, I haven't had anythin' to eat today. Y'oughta bake me a cake!

[ And she starts toward the kitchen, very much against her own will. She still has enough control over herself to glare at him over her shoulder as she goes, though, so she's going to do just that. ]

Ah, no killin' me 'til today's over! That'd just spoil the fun, yeah? [He follows her into the kitchen, hands behind his back. He leans against the wall to watch her.] 'Sides, I'm just gettin' revenge for Mother's Day, remember?

[ getting out the stuff for the cake, still glaring ] ...That was different. It's reasonable to expect someone to clean up after themselves.

Why? I've never had to do it before! [totally not pouting right now]

Because if you create something, it's your responsibility to take care of. Messes are included in that.

It would've done it eventually, if you'd asked nicely... Y'didn't need to force me to clean the whole house!

'Eventually.' Maybe I should start making dinner for you only 'eventually,' then.

[numanstan]

But I'd starve then. [totally doesn't get it] And so'd Four! Don't take out your anger on the kid!

[ SLAMMING THINGS DOWN ON THE COUNTER AS SHE TAKES THEM OUT, SHE IS SO ANGRY ] Too bad. From now on, the rule is that you won't get dinner on days you don't help with the cleaning.

Well, fine! [full-on pout mode now] I'll just get food in town durin' work! And I'll bring some home for Four! So he'll like me best!

He's a child. The rule on applies to grown men who should know better.
