Watched the 1962 version of
Mutiny on the Bounty, with Marlon Brando as Fletcher Christian. A really good film that didn't seem to last the three hours (minus 5 minutes for the Overture and another 5 for the Intermission...) it clocked in at. I put a handful of Bounty related books onto my Amazon list (both fiction and non-) - I don't expect they'll actually wait there very long. Certainly not the non-fiction account as told mostly by Bligh himself in his court-martial.
Makes me want to read some C.S. Forrester or Patrick O'Brian.
