Well, I survived the first week back in classes.
Physics seems fairly easy. I'm not having as much trouble with it as I did last semester, which is good because that means I should get an A. Having all quizzes and no tests helps immensely. I think I did rather well on the quiz today. American Heritage is basically the same as Western Heritage. Stewart is still really awesome and very amusing, and hopefully I'll get a better grade in there this time around. Organic is . . . not as bad I suppose. I've not yet had lab yet, as that is tomorrow, but I don't think it'll be awful. I understand what we've been doing this week, although that doesn't help as the first quiz is on the stuff we were doing at the end of last semester. There will be much organic studying this weekend. Biology is all right, though the subject matter at the moment is a tad boring. There's only so much you can say about microscopes and centrifuges. Lab was easy in there and rather quick which always makes me happy. Work has been all right. I have three nice shifts, though I still think brunch is far too early in the morning. How unfortunate that I'm stuck with that meal until I graduate.
In the way of actually having fun, we had anime club this week and watched the first two episodes of Kino's Journey and the first episode of Kenshin. Megan got Kate to come along and watch with our group, and that was rather nice, especially since we picked two good anime series to watch. We have anime club for a bit again tonight, and we're likely continuing X or Fushigi Yugi. Speaking of anime, Megan and I have been watching a lovely series called Full Metal Alchemist that is awesome. Thanks to Will for burning it so I could watch it! And Kristi, if you ever wanna watch something with us but can't get to anime club, just holler and we can make a night an anime night or something, and it'll be fun!
Hmmm, the birthday was all right. It's a bit odd saying I'm 20, but just like any other birthday, you don't really notice any difference. I was sort of disappointed that everyone at home except my family, Grim, and Ary forgot about my birthday, but that's to be expected since most couldn't remember it in High School, and I'm away here at school most of the year. Everyone here remembered though, and we had cake, and then Nicole and I chilled, and I caught her up on the third disc of Fushigi Yugi that Megan and I watched without her.
Alas, I have to wander to orgo now. How unfortunate . . .
