Those of you in Violet might have seen Shinn walking around with his egg (that was from the event) in tow, while his Cubone is just tailing him, looking sleepy as always, and his Pidgeotto just flying around the pair. This looks quite weird for you guys, I'm sure, but Shinn is currently just relaxing after his part-time job with his Pokemon.
He looked surprised when the egg started struggling, and almost dropped it, if it weren't for his reflexes.
"I-its hatching...!"
Yes it is, Shinn, and after a while of more struggling and cracking, the egg burst opens to reveal...
"...what is that?"
And after a while of fumbling with his Pokedex, he points it at the new Pokemon and got the following information:
"Elekid, the Electric Pokemon, Elekid rotates its arms to generate electricity, but it tires easily, so it charges up only a little bit."
Shinn took a while to let this information sink in, and let out a small chuckle.
"Well, I guess I lucked o-"
And then promptly got headbutted by the newly hatched Pokemon.
See that electric plug? Yeah, that thing has charged up while Shinn is looking at his Pokedex. Guess where the charge went to?
BZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZT!
So now you can see a Shinn twitching on the ground, no thanks to the Elekid, who is standing over the guy.
"...I'm calling you Yzak."
What he didn't realize as well is that his Pidgeotto is currently recording the scene from the sky, and uploading the scene to the others. As you can hear, Pidgeotto currently is chirping in an amused manner, before the feed cuts off!
