So I've decided two things: I'm going back on the Up-Day Down-Day thing, and I'm also going to make one of those "Watch me shrink" journals. Here are my Day One pictures. Yes, I know they're DISGUSTING!!! My weight fluctuates really easily, and it has not been a good week for me.
