Ten weeks and four days after leaving Texas for Basic Combat Training in Ft. Benning, GA, I have graduated. The two months have been especially trying at times, but I'm a better (and twenty pounds lighter) person for having accomplished it. Now it's on to my advanced training.

I am an American Soldier.
