[The recording starts sound of the device and a body hitting the ground and sliding against concrete. The picture is unclear for several moments as someone scrambles to get back to their feet, only to be overshadowed by what looks like some sort of really big bear. A clawed arm sweeps out and slams into the victim, throwing him to the side. He lands face first on the device, the screen going black for a few moments and only labored breathing is heard. Finally the body stirs, lifting a little from the device and finally a face comes into view. It's Leon and he looks worse for wear.]

[He grunts, shakily getting to his feet. Bracing himself as the monster approaches again.]
If I had Chal, this wouldn't be a problem at all!
[Annnd he goes flying out of the view of the device, and from the sound of it, into the side of a building.]
