That isn't how it works.

If it doesn't, they should make it work like that.

It's not that I don't agree with you on that, but what should be often isn't what actually is.

Believe me. You aren't the only one who wants to be out there.

Even if it's true, I still find it hard to accept. Even if it's impossible to go there, there has to be something I can do here instead.

Do you have any ideas?

Anything I can think of has probably already been brought up or is being done. I guess that's one of the downfalls to being new. But being prepared always helps in the end and I'm sure people run training courses or try to keep up normal exercise practices just in case.

Then maybe you should be using this time to get in contact with the people who might be in charge of things like that. The Blue Rogues would be a good place to start.

Blue...Rogues? I recall hearing that name in passing.

They're a group dedicated to keeping the peace protecting the people of Luceti. I know the person in charge and he's very suited to the task, though I admit I'm not very familiar with most of the rest of the members.

What's his name? I'll probably want to talk anything I do over with Saber and Tohsaka first but there's no problem with knowing these kind of things ahead of time.

His name's Adell. Unfortunately... or maybe fortunately depending on how you look at it, he was one of the ones sent down to deal with the situation, so it'll be difficult to get ahold of him right now. But I'm sure there's someone else in charge in the meantime.

I'd definitely prefer to think of it as a good thing. If he's a competent leader then there should be no problems, right?

I would certainly think so. When I was part of an army back on my world we had plans for if our leaders became incapacitated. It's just the sort of thing you need to keep in mind.

Wait, hold on a second. You were in an army? You sound a little too young for that.

... I'm twenty.

[And she doesn't sound particularly impressed by that comment.]

Twenty? Really?

...I still don't think it's right that you have to fight.
