Yes. Instead of the basic Float Unit, it's flight capable through the Energy Wing system.

The energy in the wings propels propels Lancelot Albion forward. The energy is also used to create and fire energy beams.

That and a lot more. The world I come from has spent a lot of time and money investing in technology of this kind.

Not in our world, but I could see people from other worlds seeing it that way. It's created through scientific methods, instead of a manifestation of will.
