[Suzaku is out for a late evening run with his canine companion Tumbles. It's growing dark but not so dark that he doesn't notice the larger than normal crowds gathered about the fountain and other places. He hasn't been here for very long so he can't say for sure if this is entirely normal or not, but the last time he was out jogging this late it wasn't this crowded. Slows down to getter a better glimpse of the crowd and he pets Tumbles between his ears.]
What do you think is going on, Tumbles? You probably know better than I do.
[His companion looks up at him with a little bit of confusion before barking once or twice. He pats Tumbles on the head before he takes out his communicator device. There's a click and then an influx of voices talking about visitors day. He takes a closer listen so he can try and figure out all of the details of what is going on.]
