Notes, don't pay these any mind. I need somewhere to put these so I won't forget about them in two days. It's mostly D and D stuff and pretty boring if you don't play.

---

I went along with the idea that amulets of natural armor stack with innate natural armor. I think I'm going to need to change this in a few levels. It's not a problem now but I suspect it will be within 3-5 levels.

Keeping immunities down on the PC side is fine and good. As as rule of thumb, no more than one elemental immunity on a PC is preferable. A few smattered status immunities are fine as well. I'm going to have to try and keep to that. S nulls fire and I think sleep/paralysis? Oh and she has evasion. D doesn't null anything but has high SR. A has absorbing spellfire.

This isn't a problem for much except sneak attack, though sneak attack has been poorly implemented the entire edition. An epic feat to do half damage to SA immune targets sounds good by that level of play.

I'd feel guilty about Brightwater and Sune's realm, except A got it into her head to go herself. I'm trying to keep it mostly PG rated. Malcanthet's realm was interesting but let's not overdo it. On the better side, Anty and Marie are having some great dialogue. This'll probably run the rest of the week depending on how long the tower takes?

As an aside, A would be drowning in tail if she liked girls. I'm overall glad she doesn't since it would turn into a horrible, horrible stereotype otherwise.

S is running her significant other through a parody/gauntlet of low level adventures. Amaryl will need to take a more progressive role to learn much out of them. Sleeping through most of it and having S spell it wasn't a good way to level up. Still, the basic amusement of it is superb.

D's doing a zany day in Balmuria scenario. It's a bit of a rehash of the same concept from way back in the day, when Donald and Febras first came into town. I don't get to put as much effort into Balmuria as I'd like with highly mobile PCs. It's nice to throw this to the wind and have fun instead.

Thinking I'll level up Jessica, Donald, Polly, Antenora next level. Maybe some others. Think I'll pass on Oberuth this level, I just did him and he's been pretty offscreen besides one assist in the church battle. Jessica would take that reflavored assassin level, Donald more duskblade, Polly more OoBI, and Antenora Hellreaver 3.

The defense against Arcane Strike is high AC and defenses. Nothing more, nothing less. Prepared enemies against A are going to have to invoke that more and more. D needs to upgrade his offense a little. Not a lot, but enough to make him a viable offensive thread vis-a-vis A before she really unloads. The point of the exercise is usually to keep A and S unmolested.

Need to recalculate base stat totals and wealth totals again. I might get Eb to do that on a slow day.

The problem with power creep is that old PCs that have stuck around get screwed. Polly's dealing with that. A rebuild wouldn't help, she just needs higher stats and a better weapon/item setup.

I designed Kesse and it's surrounding areas with Berserk in mind. I think it shows. Besides the captive dwarf(maybe, I forget his alignment), there hasn't been a single native good aligned person there of any note. The sample size is tainted, since the mercs+royals are a fucked up sampling.

Mental note, dwarf and Mystrian creations. Bring those up next time A passes through Kelara.

On another related note, I should try and get Giselle more screentime down the road. She's so delightfully creepy to roleplay. The mercs got forgotten the way Kesse played out. That's a big fucking shame.
