England are through to the final of the European Championships.
Lemme repeat that: ENGLAND ARE THROUGH TO THE FINAL!!
I am so proud - SO. PROUD. - of this team. 4 years ago we didn't even make it out of the group stage, and now look at us. We're in the final, with what may be a England vs. Germany matchup. Oh god, I can't actually believe it!
They've gone one better than the men's team have done, which makes me exponentially happier than I can even express right now. It really is fucking awesome.

How does it feel?
So, once again, Kelly was brilliant. Or, she had flashes of brilliance, since the Dutch defense pretty much restricted her as much as they could. But she had her moments, and one of those moments was scoring the first goal. Which was bloody great. But, ack, I do really worry about those knees of hers. Really hope she's okay to play on Thursday.
Impressive performance of the match: Jess Clarke on her first ever start.
Person we would actually be lost without (perish the thought, for reals): Katie Chapman. If we didn't have her breaking down everything idk who would be able to do that for us. Not like she does, anyways.

Or, really, it's Karen Carney's face that makes this. :D! Great sub from the manager, bringing Scott on when she did. Hope maybe this'll earn her a start in the final?
