You just conveniently "lose" your old phone and then a new one appears nearby. Or just go to an unoccupied apartment. There's usually a spare one there...

Then why don't you just find somebody who knows something about electronics and fixing things? They should be able to help.

That's what I'm exactly trying to do!

I know where the best blacksmiths and clothes shops in both the City and the Underground are because I need quality weapons as a fighter, and quality clothes because that's what I've always worn... but how often do you think I work with electronics?

I delegate most of the stuff like that to Yuuko. Advantage of having a manager. You could ask her who fixes the wiring in Victrola...

...but the pleasure may not be want you're needing. The random spending of money causes a lost in value. You should be reinvesting it, rather than spending it on whim.
