No. It seems to be a gift... but how it arrived, it just all seems suspect.

I don't think Riley-chan would have be scared in the least, unless I had brought this up. He would have been "NEW JACKET!" then ran off wearing his new piece of clothing. If anything, it's more like a bribe... or a temptation!
