[The video suddenly turns on to Tsurugi cleaning a sword... which he puts down to start working on another sword. The camera suddenly zooms out to show an impressive collection of swords, which apparently have been all given this treatment. It's better that I talk...

I got a picture yesterday... one of the Worm which preserved me after death. A picture from moments before he killed both my sister and I.

[according to status, they're having problems and they're working on them too... same thing with me. I get notifications for some, not for others... and it's not just email. I'm not even getting some notifications within the program that LJ uses at the home screen.]

I once found a letter from her... written if things had gone a different way in my world. A curse. It just hurts when the City finds a new inventive way to reinforce that particular set of memories.

It isn't suffering the City likes, but rather seeing us react to anything and everything..

This isn't the first time the City has made me cruelly aware of my sister's death. This one was much more of a punch in the gut than the last one.

Without a doubt... we do seem to have a lot of hijinks here.

Oh, I don't deny it... but the City tends to have both the good and the negative going for it. We can't have one without the other... like in any place or civilization.

That's the best way I can describe it honestly...
