I haven't looked at any of your AMWT stuff (since I haven't yet found the time to sit down and read the series from the beginning), but I just wanted to say: I really love your art. I'm sure a lot of work goes into it, but you seem to be able to use minimal pencil strokes and yet capture really good-looking and unique characters.

I'd like to approach whoever is doing the authorized comics and ask them to use you as the artist because the art in issue #1 really left me cold (couple that with the storyline, and it was almost physically painful to get through).

Thank you. These were hastily done, just to get the flow. But I love the way bamftastik writes, and it makes a pretty decent comic script ^_^

I haven't seen the comic myself (but I am damn curios)

I figured they were hastily done, and yet even in hasty, it's 200000% better than anything I could do. :) And gets their point across, which I think is awesome.

Unable to obtain it? My local comic shop (literally, it's 2 blocks from my house) might still have a copy, I could find one for you if want.

The story is very o.O. Very dark. But not a lot to it yet, it really needs the next issue to come out to see where the hell they're going with it.

It's all good, but what's the premise and when is it set?

I can't tell what the timeframe is...or couldn't when I read it a couple of months ago. The only character that I remember overlapping with Origins was Gregoir.

The premise so far is an illicit romance between a female mage apprentice (I think) and a templar trainee and the hilarity that ensues (except the exact opposite. Like I said, it's pretty dark.) And then some B plot with some darkspawn baddie leaving dire threats for the templars in the form of killing them randomly, because they could, which didn't make any sense to me given what they've revealed in the games (and I haven't read the novels). The lack of temporal context doesn't help.
