Talk Table Files (.tlk)
Revanchists asked me how to find the ending text-s in the .tlk files, but the thread had become very narrow, so I decided to just start a new post.
(Is it possible to tell LJ not to narrow the reply posts?)
Besides, the .tlk files probably contains all/most/many of the conversation and codex text in the game so yeah - major resource.
There are at least two .tlk files in the game:
Dragon Age/modules/single player/data/talktables/singleplayer_en-us.tlk
Dragon Age/packages/core/data/talktables/core_en-us.tlk
Atm, the tool I use to (sort of) read them is the TLK Parser Tool by EvilMulder. Unfortunately, the original DA forums over at Bioware is now closed so I can't link to his post.

Instructions:
1. Download and unzip.
2. Make sure you have Java installed.

3. In the unzipped TLKparser folder, put a copy of:
Dragon Age/packages/core/data/talktables/core_en-us.tlk
OR
Dragon Age/modules/single player/data/talktables/singleplayer_en-us.tlk
IMPORTANT: You must rename your copy of singleplayer_en-us.tlk to core_en-us.tlk before it can be read.
4. Run the "start" file/program.
5. Wait. Wait. Wait until a program box pops out.
6. To search for specific entries, just type the search term in the upper white text field and press "search". The "export" command can generate html files containing only the entries which include your search term.
For example, searching (singleplayer_en-us.tlk renamed to core_en-us.tlk) for FirstName brings out 111 entries which contains FirstName.

Entry No. 143216 married King Alistair in a lavish ceremony six months after his coronation, becoming the princess-consort of Ferelden. As both their savior and new ruler, she proved incredibly popular among the people, and Alistair allowed his bride a great deal of leeway to act as she wished.
Entry No. 185550 Alistair returned to the Grey Wardens for a time, insisting that new recruits pay respect to 's sacrifice and campaigning to relax some of the order's more secretive policies. But in time, he left the Wardens once more, declaring that it simply no longer felt right.
Entry No. 201898 married King Alistair in a lavish ceremony six months after his coronation, becoming the princess-consort of Ferelden. The two toured the nation soon afterwards, and the people were ecstatic to see how the king adored his new bride.
Entry No. 216129 As for 's companions, they went their separate ways. When finally left Denerim to continue her travels, Alistair went with her, electing to remain with the woman he loved. They continued their adventures together--at least for a time.
Entry No. 236429 , as Alistair's chancellor, was the face most often seen at court. In truth, the chancellor ruled the nation, and did so with King Alistair's blessing. Whenever the chancellor left Denerim on personal affairs, the business of the court effectively came to a standstill.
Entry No. 239171 As for 's companions, they went their separate ways. Alistair remained in Denerim with his love for a time, much to Queen Anora's discomfort. He was eventually called to the far-off fortress at Weisshaupt, the home of the Grey Wardens, and swore he would return to his love's side soon.
Entry No. 250885 As for 's companions, they went their separate ways. Alistair was relieved to be away from court at last and returned with his love to help rebuild the Grey Wardens. He left her side only briefly, to return to Duncan's home and plant a small memorial.
