Question:
So I got the code for Shale and the Blood Dragon Armor when I bought the game. Still haven't gotten anybody high enough level to wear the armor, but yay I've got it anyway! .... on all my characters except my Aeducan, who is a tank, and who could actually use it, but she gets everything taken away from her before getting to Ostagar - including the armor! So the dwarf noble can't use the spiffy special armor, unless you buy it for them after they've gotten to Ostagar? That seems DUMB. >:( Also my lady Aeducan didn't find any boots in the Deep Roads, so she apparantly walked to Ostagar in bare feet. And was presented to King Golden Shinyboy in dirty, callused, bare feet. SHE IS NOT A HOBBIT.
My lady Aeducan is a cranky, cranky dwarf. >:( I can't wait to have her meet up with Gorim in Denerim - I don't know what actually happens, but given that in every other playthrough he's standing there selling armor "made by my wife's father," something tells me that my lady Aeducan holding out for Gorim's love isn't going to work out that well for her. :P CRANKY CRANKY DWARF LADY.
