OH MY GOD.

So I'm playing an evil mage, and therefore making evil choices (romancing Morrigan as an elvish lady thanks to a mod) and OH GOD. ALISTAIR.

Has anyone played a game where he hates you?

He's basically like,

Alistair: WHY ARE YOU TALKING TO ME? I HATE YOU.

I had one a female city elf who romanced Leliana and I noticed that too. He'd try to flirt with me and I'd turn him down, and after that he was being very cold to me. I'd switch to him in combat and he'd say "What now?!"

It was hard to take. :(

... yeah, it's going to be interesting playing as a male mage for Morrigan's sake, and it's the one where I'm going to be making the choices I would NEVER make otherwise.

Alistair is going to disapprove of his actions a lot.

... which is sad, because I want my bromance. :(

The closest I got was when I was romancing Zevran and Alistair at the same time. They ambushed me at camp and made me choose.

I was talking to Alistair and made the mistake of saying something along the lines of "cant I have you both?". He freakin went off on me. "What makes you think you can have it both ways!1!1!"

He hated my guts. I reloaded my game that second.
