Absolutely tragic...There's something really lyrical about this that I dig, especially with the tension between Sebastian and Hawke after the templars exit. Thanks for sharing!

I sort of wrote this with the idea that Sebastian could, potentially, become somewhat like Anders with his quest for vengeance/justice, and I hope that came through in that tension...

Squeezed my chest rigt up. A hard path, Mage!Hawke's... can't win either way. You don't see much fic written about Sebastian either, and this was just...painfully beautiful. Thank you!
