How did you feel about Gods of the Arena?

I was surprised by how much I liked it. Gannicus swept me off my legs. How about you?

I liked Gannicus a lot too but I felt bad for Doctore because I also loved him in B&S so I felt all torn.

I love Crixus in nearly any form and Lucy Lawless is so flawless and fierce.

Yes, I felt sad for Doctore too, but Melitta and Gannicus just burned from all the sexy together.

My respect grew for Crixus when I saw where he came from and where he ended up and the way he defended Gannicus from Ashur in the last episode was awesome.

Lucy Lawless could just stand motionless on the TV screen and I would still watch.

what I *really* hope is that its popularity gives Starz the push to do other smutty violent works. I'm still holding out for a Kushiel series.

Reminds me, the actor playing Gannicus could easily play Anders, as well. I'd be the happiest person alive.
