I've been bartending for about a month now and while I knew the drinks and all the wine crap before I started I've learned some interesting stuff and discovered some things that maybe I shouldn't know.
The first weird bartender trick I discovered was the bar method for making ginger ale. Ginger ale is not ordered enough to be in the gun at the Ridge but amazingly a glassful of sprite with a spritz of Coke tastes exactly like ginger ale.
Left to my own devices I quickly discovered that a glass of Sprite with a splash of Dr. Pepper equals cream soda.
Any other wacky soda mixes out there?
