With more consideration and research I have found that I am financially able to attend the Festival De Jerez in Spain Feburary 22-March 8th. Unfortunately class registration has been almost completely filled. I think I will send my dance teacher an email and get her advice about the situation. Stupid me for waiting too long. We'll see what will happen, if all else fails I can do it next year. I won't lie, I am kinda bummed.
