boredom...with electricity
i hate waiting for this hurricane...its sooo annoying! i want it to rain so we can go play football in the rain...oh yea, you know that's gonna be fun!
and i've definately gotten absolutely nothing done today. i did read some tho for interior design, and i did some work on my cube project. but i've definately spent the last 2 hours or so on the computer playing poker, reading random stuff, and talking to scott, collin, and graham...when he wasn't jumping on his bed.
we definately rearranged our room yesterday. its actually a lot better this way i think. i still have my nice long surface of desk and dresser, and now we have a "changing room" from the way the wardrobe doors open now. its really cool...
and i watched a chick flick today, and football...i'm such a contradiction sometimes.
broward dining was about the only thing open today, so we totally hit that up. we've had cheese pizza at like 3 in the am the past two days, and we've already finished those left overs. if this hurricane takes out the power and such, we don't have that much food left to survive on! that is, unless you count cookies and peanuts...and popcorn kernels.
yea, definately tried to bake at ryan's the other day, and either i burned the bottom of the cookies, or his oven is psycho. either way, no one should ever have to eat stuff like that. ryan, i hope you threw those away!
my folks sent me a care package the other day. i love them so much. starbucks giftcard, orbit gum, and homemade cookies. they're awesome! i still have some left...
well, i'm running out of stuff to remember to write about. oh wait, funny story. there's this girl, lauren, from nj in my design class. we both needed to go get some supplies, so after class thursday we ran out and got our stuff. we manage to get the drafting boards from her apartment and my dorm up to the studio on our own, and put them in the locker. she then proceeds to write my name on mine for me. and she writes lindsey. yea, definately not my name. and i couldn't bring myself to say anything. so i'm now to be known as lindsey...not.
i love my room mates. gabby talk to carlos most of the evening, and jessica got some beer from a guy up stairs. this is great. actually, i really enjoy them. we went to broward dining together, it was so much fun. we run errands together, and jessica and i even randomly drove around last night for the heck of it. and then i stayed up talk to collin till after 4. i guess i can be kinda spontaneous....lol.
anyways, now i'm gonna go find something to entertain myself with for a few more hours, and get some sleep.
