Uh. I hate to bring this up but...is it remotely possible the phone is...*in* the parking lot? Like, it dropped out of your bag or something? I mean - everything crossed for it being in your car but....

Just keep an eye out and if it starts getting usage after the time it got lost, then it's possible you dropped it. At least that way you can claim it stolen? Dunno if that will help recoup it.

I know! I totally checked under the car and scanned the ground between the bus shelter and the car and saw nothing but exactly, I could have dropped it! I hope not! Or if I did, I still find it - even a runover version! I keep tracking it to see it has moved - and hopefully I can make it beep with my boss's phone tomorrow.

But grrrr, so much angst! But I soldier on! Reading fic on breaks is a good distraction :)
