That Politics Test
I'm not going to post the whole code since I can compress the results down to a couple lines and save two screenfuls of meaningless pictures...

I find it interesting that I'm somewhat less "socially permissive" that many people I know. I actually don't think that's the case, since I disagreed with almost every proscriptive social comment in the test. On the other hand, I did agree with a lot of things on the lines of "social behavior X is bad". I think a lot of things are bad without necessarily thinking we should ban them. I guess I'm socially judgmental.
And I kinda like that I got exactly 50% on the economic scale. I've always been a pragmatist when it comes to the economy. I have no problem mixing unrestrained capitalism in some sectors of the economy with complete state control in others, with well regulated capitalism as the default norm. Different problems require different solutions, and anyone who thinks an advanced industrial economy can be managed with one simple set of stock ideological rules is the economic equivalent of a Flat Earther.
