I don't know why I'm writing this, but I've nothing better to do so I decided to write this real quick...
Sometimes my mom just doesn't understand, although we did have a civil conversation at dinner about me and school and politics and my life...
I broached the idea of Oxford with her for grad school, yesterday and she seems cool with it. I think she's finally realizing I'm going to do what I want with my life and myself and her major options are to either support it or just not see me as much. She said she could see me out in Cali or in England and it made me smile, I mean after some of the things she has said to me in the past, I shouldn't care, but I do. I don't understand why I still want to have her approval for some things.
