Summary: There's a space between Yamada and Chinen? How can? What happened to them?
Note: for Chinen's birthday....Tanjoubi omedetouuuuuuu......and....for anyone's birthday in 30th Nov, especially my imouto (mly_yamada), otanjoubi omedetou and I hope you get well soon *hugs you tight*
“Is it hard to have love from a distance? Is it really hard to keep it going?” A boy sits on the bench. He sighs almost all the time. He looks gloomy and spaced out. No one knows what is in his mind at that time except himself.
“What happened to him?” whispered the tall boy to the other one.
“I don’t know. He’s been like that since this morning,” whispered the penguin boy to the tall boy.
“What are you talking about guys???” the brunette boy come closer to them and joins their conversation.
“Look at him Yuya!” Daiki pointed at the boy who sits on the bench with a gloomy face. “He looks so depressed since this morning. Do you have any idea what happened to him?” asked Daiki. “I have tried to ask him, demo….he ignored me.” Takaki shake his head.
“Don’t think too much about him, guys.” someone come to join them and patted Yuto’s head.
“Kei-chan,” that boy smile to his friends.
“So, you know what happened to him, deshou?” asked Yuto.
“Um~~~maybe.” replied Keito. The four of them stare at that lonely boy now.
“Is he alright over there? Does he really love me?” seems like that boy is still busy with his thoughts. The cool breeze blows his hair softly. “It’s already four days. Doesn’t he know how worried I am?! Baka buta. Seems like he really enjoy his time in Korea. What is he doing now? Have he take his lunch?” Chinen still thought about it. “Will it be okay for us to be apart like this? Does he miss me?”
“Oi Chii~~~” someone’s singing while calling the chibi, but Chinen ignored him. “Chii~~~ Chii~~~” he waved his hand in front of Chinen’s face.
“Get out of my way.” said Chinen as he slapped the hand in front of him and got up. He goes away from Ryutaro who is in front of him.
“He even ignored him too. Poor Ryuu-chan.” said Yuto.
“Seems like only Yama-chan can get his attention, deshou?” all of them continue to stare at the black hair boy again who walked away with a gloomy face.
“Baka buta. He didn’t even call me or text me.” “Aarghhhh…..” he ruffled his hair roughly. “Mou~~ I shouldn’t think about him anymore. He also didn’t care about me.” he talked to himself, then went back to the fitting room and lay on the couch, staring at the ceiling. He’s still mad.
“Oi Chii….tadaima…..”
“Ryo-chan?”
“Where is my okaeri?”
“I will not say that.”
“Eee??? Nande?”
“You enjoy your time alone in Korea without me. I bet you flirt with some girls over there.”
“Eee???”
“Just admit it! You even forget about me, deshou?”
“Well, the girls look so great. They have sexy legs and their bodies are perfect. I think it’s not a big deal if I….”
“Enough! I don’t need to hear more from you.”

“Engh….”Chinen wake up because his cell phone was vibrating in his pocket. He’s rubbing his eyes and gets his cell phone. He takes a look on the screen. It’s from strange number. He doesn’t know who it is and has no idea about it. He opens the message while still rubbing his eyes.
*Chii, hontou ni gomen nasai. I can’t call nor text you. I lost the signal. I really miss you. What am I supposed to do now? I want to hear your voice. Demo, I still need to wait a few days, deshou? Please wait for me too, ok? Love you~~ (YR ~,~’)*
Chinen gets up as he got that message. He still can’t believe that message was from Yamada. He’s rubbing his eyes again and read it once again. “It’s really from him. Yatta...” He smiles broadly. He even jumps on that couch. Then he gets away from that room and whistle. He buys a vanilla ice cream and eats it while smiling like a freak.
“Now I wonder, what happened to him?” said Yuto as he looks at Chinen acting like that.
“Chii~~~give me a bite.” Ryutaro come to Chinen just like a spoiled brat.
“Iie, you can buy it by yourself.”
“Hidoi…”Chinen don’t care about him and goes away with his ice cream.
“He didn’t forget about me. Yay….” that chibi smile all the time he eats his ice cream. He can’t stop smiling. He’s in good mood for around two days. But then turn gloomy face again. It makes people around him wonder with his act. It’s been a week after Yamada went to Korea. No call, no message and suddenly he show himself in front of his friends.
“TADAIMAAAAA~~~~” Yamada show up with his broad smile and brings so many stuff with him. He looks so happy, not like his little squirrel. Chinen still has his gloomy face and locked himself in the fitting room again.
“Yama-chan???” greeted Takaki.
“Oi Bakaki, tadaima. I bring something for you.” said Yamada and take a box for Takaki.
“Don’t care about it now. You should meet Chinen first. He-…..”
“YAMA-CHANNNN, OKAERI.” Ryutaro come and interrupted them. But Takaki whacked him. “Ittai yo Bakaki.”
“Don’t call me Bakaki.” he stared at Ryutaro with his death glare.
“What happened to Chii?” asked Yamada. He looks so worried now.
“He looks so gloomy lately. He miss you so much I guess.” said Ryutaro while he stroke his head. “He’s in the fitting room if you want to meet him.”
“GO! Meet him!” said Takaki shortly.
“Un,” nodded Yamada and goes away from them. He walks to the fitting room.
“Yama-chan….matte…..” said Ryutaro. “Where is my-….” but Yamada ignored him. Ryutaro sigh. “Why does everyone always ignored me?”
“Well done, spoiled brat,” said Takaki and pat Ryutaro’s head. It makes Daiki pouts his mouth. Slightly, Takaki can see his penguin’s pout mouth. He comes closer to Daiki and pats his head. “Don’t be jealous, because I only love you. You know that,” whispered Takaki. Daiki blushes hard as he heard that.
“What? What? Tell me.” said Ryutaro as he saw Takaki was being so close to Daiki.
“Care about your own business,” murmured Daiki and gets away from Ryutaro.
On the other hand, Yamada has reached the fitting room. He holds the knob and tries to open the door, but it is locked. He knocks and calls Chinen, but there’s no answer.
“Chii…..”he called again. Chinen knows that Yamada has come back. But, he’s a little mad at that boy. As his lover, Chinen want Yamada tell him when that chubby cheeks boy come back and Yamada should meet him first at least. Yamada didn’t do any of it. It makes Chinen mad at him. “Chii…..I know you’re there. Answer me!” but there’s still no answer. “Are you mad at me?” Chinen put his earphone and turn on his iPod in high volume. He ignored that voice. “Chii….did I do something wrong?” there’s still no answer, because Chinen fall asleep slowly. “Just tell me if I did it. I’m so sorry if I have done something wrong. Gomen.” Yamada keep talking from the outside, but Chinen still ignored him. Yamada sigh.
“What happened Yama-chan?” suddenly Yuto show up confused with the situation.
“Yuto.”Yamada looks at him for awhile and turn back to stare the door. “I have no idea what happened to Chinen. He locked himself in this room.” explained Yamada.
“Hmm~~~did something happened to him?”
“I don’t know. He didn’t answer me.”
“Maybe he collapse or-….” said Yuto. It’s scaring Yamada. He’s being so worried now. What he supposed to do now? He also doesn’t have any idea for it. Yuto smile secretly and leave Yamada alone. He really loves to tease Yamada, especially if it related to Chinen. Yamada can’t think clearly now. He’s really afraid if something happened to his little squirrel. He broke down the door with his body. It opens after he slams it for a few times. He grimace slightly and touch his left arm. He looks at the couch and his eyes widened at the scene. He can see Chinen’s back and that chibi is lying on the couch just like he fainted. What’s in Yamada’s mind right now is a fainted Chinen, just like Yuto said. He runs to the black hair boy. “Chii~~~wake up, wake up.” said Yamada so worried and shakes that small body.
“Aargh…you’re disturbing my sleep.” said a mad Chinen.
“Yokatta….” Yamada hug him so tight.
“Oi baka, let me go.” Chinen try to release himself. He still looks so mad.
“Are you mad at me?” asked Yamada.
“What do you think?” Chinen looks annoyed.
“You look like you are.”
“Then I am.” said that chibi shortly.
“Why are you mad?” Chinen remain silent. “Did I do something wrong?” that chibi still keeps silent. “Just tell me, Chii. I will try to be the best for you, ne…”begged Yamada.
“You didn’t text or called me to let me know when you are coming back. And you also choose to find your friends first instead of your koibito.” explained Chinen with a pouting mouth.
“Gomen,” Yamada showed his guilty face. “I’ve told you I can’t do that because I lost the signal and I really want to surprised you.” said Yamada in sigh. “Well….I think I shouldn’t be like that ne. Gomen. Demo….I bring you something special since it’s your otanjoubi ne.”Yamada smile broadly. Chinen gave him a puzzled face. “Ikkou.” Yamada took his hand and takes him out from that fitting room.
“What now?”
“Just take a look.”
Chinen is so surprised as he looks at the many stuff brought by Yamada. That chubby cheeks boy looks so happy. He goes to the stuff he brought before and gives Chinen a big paper bag. Chinen still wonder about that package. Yamada give a sign that his little squirrel can open it. Chinen open it slowly and he finds a box of anime.
“Tanjoubi omedetou.” said that boy and smile, but Chinen gets annoyed again. “What? Don’t you like anime?”
“I like it, demo…..”
“Hn???”
“It’s a Korean version, Ryo-chan…” Yamada is silent. “How dare you give me something useless like this. I don’t know Korean.” Chinen gives it back to Yamada and gets away from his friends. He went back to the fitting room and lay on the couch, listening to music again. “Baka Buta,” murmured the chibi in his mind. A few minutes later Yamada comes to him. “What now?”
“Gomen ne Chii…” said Yamada quietly.
“What for?” Chinen still ignored Yamada face. His eyes remained closed.
“I didn’t mean to give you that. I just didn’t know what I should buy for you.”
“Then…..don’t give me anything. It’s better than that.” Chinen turn his back to meet Yamada.
“I can’t. I want to give you something.” Chinen is silent and still ignoring him. “Please don’t ignore me. I will die if you do that.” begged Yamada. “Chii….” Yamada gets up and touches Chinen’s shoulder. He turns to the small body and captured Chinen’s lips. It makes Chinen widen his eyes in surprised. He can’t believe Yamada will do that. After that, Yamada hides his face on Chinen’s shoulder while still grabbing that chibi’s shoulder. Their faces are blushing hard now. “I really miss you, demo….I’m such a baka, deshou? I made you feel bad like that and I made a big mistake. Then he release Chinen and gets up. Now, Chinen can see Yamada clearly in front of him. “Actually, what I want to give you is….” Yamada get something from his pocket and give a small box to Chinen.
“What is it…”
“Just open it.” Chinen is still confused and opened it slowly. “It’s the liontin you wanted. You said you really wanted it, demo…we couldn’t find it before because it’s a limited edition. Then, I found it in Korea. When I saw it, I thought about you. That’s why-….”
“Arigatou….” Chinen hugs Yamada and cuts him off at the same time. “I’ll forgive you this time, demo ne, don’t do the same foolish thing again later.” whispered Chinen on Yamada’s ear.
“Un.”Yamada nod.
