I am so sick of hearing my in-laws talk about how dumb democrats are. All I hear all the time is how great McCain is and all this crap, or that they don't trust Obama because they're convinced he's some Muslim terrorist who is going to destroy the US and sell us all to the Taliban or some crap like that. I keep my voice shut about my views because I know I'll get hellfire and brimstone and I just don't feel like listening to it without punching someone. I'm sorry if I don't fit in this house politically, but that wouldn't give them the right to tell me all my views are wrong and that I just don't know because I'm young. Sorry, guys, but I'm pro-choice, for gay marriage, and healthcare for all Americans, among other things, and no bullshit that you recorded on Fox News is going to change what I personally believe.

All I know is that I am super proud of my little boy who looked up at me the other say and said, "...'bama."
