I feel like JJ Abrams is copying Joss Whedon with the "They're young, they're in love, they're doomed" mentality to his characters. I love me some Joss, but I can only deal with so much characters-in-love die shows... that's Joss' thing, JJ, yours is scary-unseen-monsters-in-the-dark. Stick to your thing. Ugh!
