then once you get that finished log in
then you will see a thing at the top and it will look like a little adress bar and it was day browse.
CLICK BROWSE then click the files untill you find the picture you want
then once you upload them on there under the picture there are 3 codes take the URL (the top code) and go to livejounral when you are updateing click rich text the at the top there will be buttons and one has like a little picture of a babyit looks like. click that paste the url there then click ok and your picture will show up
