Karma and Consequence
I've been thinking a lot about karma and how it affects our lives. I'm also interested in how karma may shape our decisions and therefore the consequences of our actions.
I'm a person who avoids confrontations as a general rule. I'd like to think that I'm a big bad bitch, but I honestly have to say I'm not. I generally choose to hide from people and situations that make me feel bad or angry or stressed out. I wonder what karma has made me this way and I wonder what karma this is building for me. Will I benefit from this? Will I regret it? I have an idea of some of it, but I know there is more to be seen.
I watch other folks and wonder what karma has brought them to the point they are at the time. I wonder where today's karma is going to take them. Will my friends be rewarded for their love and patience in this life or will it be the next? Will the not so nice people in my life end up learning the harm of their ways in this life or the next?
