Purple Leafed Plum

I just discovered that the giant beautiful purple / red tree in our front yard is a plum tree! that is so awesome! i really want some fruit in the backyard

Plums sometimes take years to bear fruit, hopefully it'll be producing soon! We have pears and figs at my home.
