Back in Oz soon
Well - a little unexpectedly I am going back to Oz - its also a little unfortunate, it is so soon after getting here but I guess it was just not meant to be. The au pair thing just didnt work out..............
................my reasons are that it was all over "washing detergent" - I tried to explain a number of times that the articifial chemicals 'perfume' in the detergent was giving me a headache, clothes are aired in the apartment cause it is the middle of winter and with twin boys - woh, there's constant washing. I said I would pay half the cost cause it was more expensive for omo sensitive (without perfume). I then went and bought it - and the mother exploded at me, if I change this, there will be other things.
So - they told me I was making this up cause I was an intravert (cause I stayed in my room and read about permaculture - it is also the middle of winter and its nice to read on weekends)- and the headaches are because I am unhappy here..........oh man, how they were so wrong.............
So, cause I feel uncomfortable with this assumption...........I have to head home (I have no funds saved) - I spent it all on organic food.............I made the best Chocolate Self Saucing Pudding with Vanilla organic icecream -
So, such is life - but at least I can back to my friendly ANU food COOP in good old (Canberra) - where over 50% of people did vote for a republic.
