The intensity of this past summer has surprised me. I'm living on my own, blessed with a lot of help from loved ones, and I've seen a lot of great people and places, all with a new sense of self and progression. It's funny how going away to school didn't really feel like living on my own until I'd actually left the dorms. Moving here was like ( Read more... )

i know what you mean about just getting settled. after all these years of staying in one place, we're in the midst of a time where home keeps changing, eh?

we're going to love it though, and i'll totally be there for you, no ifs ands or buts.

and do you really want to be a gypsy, or is that just because your cat's name is gypsy? coincidence? i think not.

well anyways, if you insist on becoming a gypsy in a few years, you can come stay with me for a bit in my crappy grad student housing either in the middle of freaking nowhere ithaca or someplace warm...like virginia or missouri. orrr someplace cool like nyc.
