Agility in the my 'hood

Three days of agility in Eugene. What more could you want? Hanging with agility peeps and running with Bea is so much fun. And now I'm exhuasted.

One course started with a very difficult sequence to tunnel discrimination to weaves which took out so many dogs I concluded it was hopeless and just relaxed. And by golly, we got it! The thrill of victory (over that darn tunnel). Poor little Bea even stumbled between jumps but picked her and her ears up and kept running.

And then we have the agony of defeat. Well, maybe not agony. First we had a flyby a jump (my bad) and then I was happy to catch her to the correct end of tunnel only to have her bypass the end in a split second. Huh? Pretty funny. Que sera sera.

I'm really happy with her contacts this weekend and weaves in general but now have some more work on soft-sided weave entrances.
